Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility Requirements
- Participants must be 18 years old and above.
- Employees of Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific and Attwood Import Export Co., Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- The contest will run for three (3) consecutive months beginning 9 April 2007 and ends 8 July 2007.
- Contest Participation
- Proof of purchase is the authentication sticker found on every promotional bottle of Hennessy V.S.O.P (35cl, 70cl or 100cl) and the Hennessy V.S.O.P cork. Submission of proof of purchase is valid on a per entry basis.
- Entry forms are available at all outlets with Hennessy promoter girls, all Attwood branches nationwide and selected key outlets. The full listing is available at www.attwoodcambodia.com site.
- Entries that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of this contest will be disqualified. No correspondence, request or appeal will be entertained.
- To enter, submit to any Attwood Import Export branches nationwide:
- Your original vision of ‘Live Life to the full' in photo format size 4’’ x 6’’.
- Proof of purchase - Authentication sticker and Hennessy V.S.O.P cork (35cl, 70cl or 100cl).
- Entry form filled with the required information.
- Entries that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of this contest will be disqualified. No correspondence, request or appeal will be entertained.
- Contest Prizes
- All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- All prizes are subject to availability. The organizer reserves the rights to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
- All prizes must be claimed by the prize winners in person. Prize winners must produce the participant's copy of the contest form or ID card for verification.
- The grand prize consists of a guided trip for one (inclusive of air fare and accommodation) to Paris and US$500 spending money. Twelve bonus prizes consist of a bottle each of Hennessy V.S.O.P 300cl.
- Grand prize winner is expected to arrange the necessary traveling documents (passport, visa and insurance) at his/her own expenses.
- Grand prize must be claimed within three (3) months after the announcement.
- Best vision of ‘Live life to the full’ selection
- Selection of winning visions in photo format will be conducted at Attwood Import Export Co., Ltd head-office one week after the end of the campaign period. The prize winners will be announced through Raksmei Kampuchea Daily and Sin Chew Daily as well as at www.attwoodcambodia.com site.
- Panel of judges consist of:
- Managing Director of Attwood Import Export Co., Ltd.
- A Creative Director of an Advertising Agency.
- A Curator of Cambodia’s art exhibition.
- A Renowned photographer base in Cambodia.
- Conditions
- The organizer will not be responsible for contest forms and proof of purchases that are damaged, broken or mutilated. It is the responsibility of the participants to check that submission is intact and in accessible conditions.
- The organizer reserves the right to photograph any winner and publish and/or use the names, particulars and photographs of the participants and their entries at any time and in whatever nature or form for advertising and promotional purposes in any form of media. The participants agree to indemnify the organizer against all lost, costs and claims if the participants' entry/entries infringe the copyright of any party.
- The organizer reserves the absolute right to vary, change, reschedule or discontinue the contest and/or substitute, discontinue any of all the prizes at any time without assigning any cause or reason thereof.
- By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the contest Terms and Conditions, and all decisions made by the organizer.
- Liabilities
- The participants will assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in the Contest and/or redemption of the prizes.
- The organizer will not be held liable in the event the winner (s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
